The oil pipeline in Alberta

The oil pipeline in Alberta, also known as the Keystone Pipeline, is a pipeline system that transports synthetic crude oil and diluted bitumen from regions in northeastern Alberta, Canada to different places in the U.S. The pipeline will supply thousands of jobs to canadians however, there is a chance there will be a problem on an environmental basis. There are environmental issues but I believe our government is respecting that. I agree with this decision made by the government because there will be many more jobs available for the unemployed. The first nations think there could be complications with this new pipeline but there could be problems with any pipeline they already have. It provides canada with a huge financial advantage and a huge employment opportunity. In addition, small towns located along the pipeline will flourish because of the number of jobs available.
