Second

Second, obesity has become an epidemic in today’s society. While some people blame the fast food industry for the rise in obesity, others believe it is a matter of personal responsibility to watch what they are consuming and to make sure they get the proper exercise. According to the 2010 US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), approximately 35 percent of US adults and 17 percent of US children are obese. When exercising you can help prevent obesity-related diseases such as arthritis, heart disease, depression, and anxiety.
