No-Sugar-Added Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Cookies (Crackalicious): Peanut butter is filled with antioxidants, Vitamin E, magnesium etc. Thus, the dish is great for evening snacks with tea or coffee!
Ingredients: 2 Bananas ripe, 2 ½ cups rolled oats, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/3 cup honey, ½ cup chopped walnuts, ½ cup chocolate chips, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon Salt
Cooking Method: Preheat the oven to 325 F. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Measure ¼ cup od cookie dough for the preparation of each cookie. Place the cookies on a sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
