I bet some of you know what it is Caffeine. All these items have caffeine in them. Caffeine is very common in our everyday lives. Most of the time we don’t even realize were consuming it. My parents drink a mug of coffee every morning to start their day. It gives them a wake-up boost. This boost is fueled by caffeine. However, too much caffeine can induce unhealthy habits. The purpose of this speech is to inform you about caffeine. You might not change your consumption of caffeine, but at least you’ll be better informed about what you are putting into your body.
