ABSTRACT
“Email voice recognition app”
We have seen that the inception of Internet has dramatically revolutionized many fields. Internet has made life of people so easy that people today have access t0 any information they want sitting at their home. And talking about communication over Internet, the first thing that comes in our mind is E-mail. E-mails are considered to be the most reliable way of communication over Internet, f0r sending or receiving some important information. But there are also specially abled people in our society who are not gifted with what you have. Yes there are some visually challenged people or blind people wh0 can not see things and thus can not Use the computer 0r keyboard. The only way by which a that kind of person can send an E-mail is, they have to dictate the entire c0ntent of the mail to a third person and then the third person will compose the mail and send on the behalf of the visually impaired pers0n. But this is not a correct way to deal with this problem. It is very less likely that every time a visually challenged pers0n can find some0ne for help. Alth0ugh for these reasons the specially abled people are criticized by our society.

Introduction to domain/project
Email voice recognition app:
As the name suggests, the application will be a web-based application for Blind persons to interact with Email, thus enabling everyone to control their mail accounts using their voice only and to be able to read, send, and perform all the other useful tasks. The system will prompt the user with voice commands to perform certain action and the user will respond to the same. The main benefit of this system is that the use of keyboard is completely Eliminated, the user will have to respond through voice and mouse click only.

It has been matter of immense pleasure, honor and challenge to have this opportunity to take up this project and complete this successfully while developing this project We have learnt a lot about hotel management .We have also learnt How to make it User-friendly(Easy to Use and handle)by hiding complicated part of it from user .During The development process We studied carefully and understood the criteria for making an application more demanding .we also released the importance of maintaining a minimal margin for error. At the last, The main benefit of this system is that the use of keyboard is completely eliminated, the user will have to respond through voice and mouse click only.

Introduction
“Smart Locator”, name itself defines the aim of the project. We with our team members have attempted to develop a system which will help in saving life of humans. It is a locator that will have a sensor installed in a car which will sense whenever the car meets with an accident.It will give an immediate message to the nearby police station, hospital and their relatives whose contact numbers are stored in emergency contact numbers list. In this way, we can contribute to save the person’s life in such situations.

A.E.I.O.U Canvas
AEIOU is a method to help and interpret observations gathered by practice in surroundings. Its two primary functions are to code data, and to develop building blocks of models that will ultimately address the objectives and issues of a client.

With the thought on people involved in different activities, an attempt was made to think up on possibilities of various activates. Elaboration at maximization is essential here at the stage while identifying activities, these results in comprehensiveness.

Empathy Map is the canvas where designer has to observe and understand the emotional needs of the user, and on the basis of empathy of user he will think of the solution.

This canvas is based on how we actually get the idea about the main project. By simply observing the surroundings from the problems that does people find in their day to day life we get into concluding our idea about the main project.

Mind mapping is plotting of view, ideas and implementation of your project. It’s actually the plotting of what is your idea, what will be done, its consequences and all.

Here we have mentioned purpose of our product, functions, features, revalidation, and productexperience. Purpose of our product is easy availability of water and less time consumption. We also visited other teams as a customer for user revalidation.

Conclusion
The project “Smart Locator” has been successfully documented. During documentation of this project, it was an interesting intellectual challenge and it gave us direct experience to make a project which is beneficial for the whole society and world.

Fingertip controlled mouse

By providing a device, the Fingertip controlled mouse it will be easy to handle the movement of cursor in any computer system. It will be easier for presenters and entrepreneurs to manipulate their presentations far away from the system at the time of delivering speech or presentations. More further the product will be more useful in the field of gaming by putting this system onto their heads. The Virtual reality devices can adopt this mechanism for their product development.

1. Introduction of your domain/project

Fingertip controlled mouse

The sole purpose of the Fingertip controlled mouse is to control the movement of cursor in any computer far from the system. It will be easier for presenters and entrepreneurs to manipulate their presentations far away from the system at the time of delivering speech or presentations.

More further by arranging this system on the head the product will be more useful in the field of gaming. Hence by controlling the movement of head we can simulate the visual effects of games.

The Virtual reality devices can adopt this mechanism for their product development.

Sad Story:
• Once a typist was using the fingertip-controlled mouse and was getting little bit difficulties in typing with the fingers which are engaged with the mouse sensor.
