(A) A375-R cells were treated with CUMA (20 µM) or equal volume of vehicle for the indicated times and proteins were analyzed by western blotting. (B) Top, A375-R cells were pretreated with 3-MA (4 mM) for 1 h, and then treated with CUMA (20 µM) or vehicle for another 24 h. Bottom, A375-R cells were pretreated with CQ (40 µM) for 1 h, and then treated with CUMA (20 µM) or vehicle for another 24 h. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and compared among groups.
