We try so many methods to lose weight but some people don’t succeed. May be we are ignoring something and doing something less. Here are two easy way to lose weight in less time-
1- Drink lots of water
You may not believe it that drinking water can actually help in weight loss but it’s true. You won’t lose pounds in a day but this method is very effective in long-term and moderate weight loss. Drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water a day. It is water, not any other drink. Milk, milkshake etc. is a meal with a certain amount of calories. Drink few glasses of water 20 minutes before taking any meal. It will significantly reduce your appetite. Dehydration reduces the rate of fat burning and badly affects muscles and joints. If you want to avoid dehydration, drink more. A study suggests that drinking about 17 oz of water increases metabolic rate by 30 % in healthy human being and that this metabolic surge reached a maximum 30 to 40 minutes after drinking. If you drink enough, you won’t feel hungry. Water intake also improves your skin tone. When you are hydrated, your skin glows and you look younger.
2- Eat frequently
Although the way sounds like crazy, but increasing the intake of food will help you lose weight. Do not get it wrong – frequent meals are not as important as food quality. Quality is a key factor. Complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and pure proteins are evenly distributed throughout the day, giving a metabolism and momentum, which in turn promotes fat burning. If you still eat three times a day, it’s time to change your diet! When you are trying to remove fat deposits, be sure to eat 5-6 times a day in small portions. An increased frequency of nutrition is great for activating the metabolism. Eat quality food, not any that accumulates fat. Make a record of your calorie intake and every week or two reduce the calorie consumption.
